4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Each item is custom printed and shipped directly from our production partners.
Processing time typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by the shipping time listed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns & Replacements
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at tyzeyedezigns@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Payment & Billing
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.
