Order Processing

Each product is made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.


Domestic Shipping

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

Orders are shipped from production facilities located within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the shipping destination and seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs:

Domestic United States

Economy Shipping (5 to 8 business days): flat rate of $4.95 (when available based on item(s) purchased).

Standard Shipping (3 to 4 business days): flat rate of $5.95 (orders up to $74.99); free shipping on orders $75.00 and up.

Express Shipping (1 to 2 business days): flat rate of $14.95 

International shipping: rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product type.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7–21 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination and local postal services.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply once the order arrives in their country.

Please note that delivery times can vary due to customs processing and postal delays beyond our control.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Delays & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.


Multiple Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This helps ensure that your items are delivered as quickly as possible from the most efficient production location.


Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
